Назад 253. PERIPHERAL GIANT CELL GRANULOMA-
Peripheral giant cell granuloma

In the tumor-like formation of the gum, among the cells and fibers of the connective tissue, a large number of giant multinucleated cells of the osteoclast type and small cells of the fibroblast type, sinusoidal capillaries, and clusters of brown hemosiderin grains are revealed.

Indicate in the figure:

1 — multilayered flat nonkeratinizing epithelium,

2 — fibroblasts,

3 — giant multinucleated cells #1 and #2,

4 — sinusoidal capillaries #1 and #2,

5 — hemosiderin grains.
